I had an A/C unit installed in January 2023. I hadn't even turned it on yet and my son's dog chewed up the insulation on the unit outside. Jim sent Shawn over to check the system and change the filter and fix the chewed-up area. No charge for that! These guys are Quality all day long! Jim and his crew are great and I can't say enough good things about them!
