The only glitch, and this wasn't his fault, but more a scheduling issue - was that he arrived about an hour beyond the time window we were given. I had to call the office at the end of our time window to check what was going on. The office person said she'd call the tech and find out. Turns out he was across town from us, that job took longer than expected; traffic was heavy; he would call when he was on his way. My suggestion is that they give a bigger window of time, 2 hours is nice, but if they can't make it in that timeframe, then give a bigger window, (especially if they don't have enough technicians) otherwise it leads to frustration on the customer's part. My husband was very frustrated with the situation.

I’ve had AC systems installed in not just one, but two of my homes by this company—and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From start to finish, the team has always been incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Every technician who came out was kind, professional, and respectful of my home.
Jim, the original gentleman I worked with, actually remembered me from years ago when they did the first install, which really stood out to me. He was just as courteous and helpful the second time around.
Not only was the service top-notch, but their pricing was also better than other quotes I received in town. It’s rare to find a business that combines quality, integrity, and affordability, but they do it effortlessly.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable heating and AC services!

I was really happy with this team. We started with an initial checkout of the system. My air conditioner and furnace were the originals that are 21 years old. We sat down and looked at some options. They actually gave me an optimal configuration and did not try to sell me on the most expensive option, which I really did appreciate. They were able to fit me in the next day (it wasn't guaranteed but that was nice). My house has a working air conditioner now and a new furnace. Completely happy with the service and would recommend them to all my family and friends.
