FANTASTIC. I called them on Monday; they came on Tuesday morning. He looked at the unit, went through and checked it out and instead of trying to sell me something extra, he swapped out the absolutely disgusting air filter and got it working again in less than 30 minutes, after making sure that everything else was still working okay. I recommend them to everyone.
