We were hearing a continual vibration sound we believed was coming from our furnace. Clint with Click Heating and Air discovered that we required a new blower and replaced the part due to severe rusting. We continued to hear the sound after he left and called him back out. He found the problem was the whole house humidifier was incorrectly attached and fixed it at no additional cost. He saved us thousands of dollars with his unique experience and trustworthy diagnosis. In this day of lacking customer service, where honesty and integrity are missing at every turn, we appreciate a competent, caring, and professional company helping us with a simple matter and not charging us an arm and a leg to take care of it. Phenomenal. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one was necessary. I had several quotes done and decided to go with Jim because of his demeanor, and I was also happy with my quote. I've had bad experiences in the past with being taken advantage of by mechanics, etc., and am very selective with whom I do business. My upgraded thermostat that was placed before heating and AC work caused an issue with the AC working. Jim came out on two occasions, once to diagnose and the other to fix it. I was happy with his crew as well. It’s hard to find good people you can trust these days. Jim cares about his customers, and you can tell money isn’t at the forefront of his service. I highly recommend and actually hope you’d only choose them for your heating and AC needs. I know I will!

Clint was very polite, professional, took care of the furnace cleaning in a timely manner. The only glitch, and this wasn't his fault, but more a scheduling issue - was that he arrived about an hour beyond the time window we were given. I had to call the office at the end of our time window to check what was going on. The office person said she'd call the tech and find out. Turns out he was across town from us, that job took longer than expected; traffic was heavy; he would call when he was on his way. My suggestion is that they give a bigger window of time, 2 hours is nice, but if they can't make it in that timeframe, then give a bigger window, (especially if they don't have enough technicians) otherwise it leads to frustration on the customer's part. My husband was very frustrated with the situation.
