Lead HVAC Installer
Position Overview
The Lead HVAC Technician is responsible for performing full system replacements and leading installation projects from start to finish. This role requires technical expertise, leadership ability, and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring customers fully understand their new systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete HVAC system replacements
- Lead installation operations from start to finish
- Conduct equipment start-ups to verify proper system operation
- Troubleshoot installation-related issues
- Ensure all work meets local code compliance standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about system functionality
- Utilize Housecall Pro service management software
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (Required)
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Mechanical IV License (Preferred)
- Must provide basic tools and gear for installing AC units and furnaces

HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician
Position Overview
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing service and maintenance calls while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong residential HVAC experience and the ability to troubleshoot and verify proper system operation.
The ideal candidate is honest, organized, professional, and maintains a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential service and maintenance calls
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Verify proper system operation
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Utilize Housecall Pro service management software
- Occasionally perform light commercial work
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (Required)
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Mechanical IV License (Preferred)
- Must provide essential tools and gear for servicing AC units and furnaces

HVAC Installer Helper
Position Overview:
The HVAC Installer Helper supports lead HVAC technicians in the installation of heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and grow within the HVAC trade, demonstrates courtesy and respect when working with customers, and maintains a strong “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. The technician must be comfortable using a service management system, as we utilize Housecall Pro.
Key Responsibilities:
Transporting tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
The helper assists with measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork and piping.
Performs basic wiring and assists with system setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
Provide the basic tools and gear for installing AC units and furnaces.
